20 Mar 2015 - Erawan
We took the bus to Erawan national park today. The park is famous for its seven tiered waterfall and even though it's the dry season at the moment they were still very impressive, as much for the rock formations as for the water. What we hadn't realised was they closed the trail at 3.30 so we didn't make it to the top and my plans of doing some long exposures by moonlight didn't happen but we're staying overnight here so can go to the top tomorrow. We went for a walk along one of the nature trails in the evening as a round about way of getting to dinner and Leftie spotted a big monitor lizard. I got a couple of shots before it swam of to the other side of the river.
